Healthy Salad Dressing Recipe

Store-bought salad dressings typically have a lot of sugar, modified ingredients, preservatives, and dairy. These salad dressings also add a lot of calories to an otherwise healthy diet meal. But with just a few ingredients you make your own very healthy, clean, and diet-friendly salad dressing. Instead of harmful oils (soy, canola, hydrogenated), processed sugars, and modified ingredients, you can use much cleaner and beneficial ingredients that add additional antibacterial, healthy fat, enzymes, and probiotics.
