Drinking water is good. The general rule of thumb is to divide your body weight in half and drink 1 oz. per pound. So, if you weigh 150 lbs., you should drink 75 oz. of water per day. Personally, I drink a lot of water each day all year round. But water doesn't replenish all the lost vitamins and minerals.
This Summer Ginger Ale Juice recipe will provide you with a cool, refreshing, and tasty drink to have on hand that will be a great alternative to just water. And, it's very healthy for you and your family too.
Summer Ginger Ale Juice
- Powerful blender or juicer
- 1/4 ea small lemon
- 1 ea piece of ginger Approx. 2 inches or to taste
- 12 leaves spinach
- 6 ea stalks of celery
- 1-2 ea green or red apples
- Add ingredients to the blender or juicer in the order they are presented.
- Blend each ingredient before adding the next.
