Summer Ginger Ale Juice

A cool, refreshing, and nutritious drink that will not only hydrate you during the hot summer months, but also replenish lost nutrients and restore energy that can be lost in the summer heat.

Equipment

  • Powerful blender or juicer

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ea small lemon
  • 1 ea piece of ginger Approx. 2 inches or to taste
  • 12 leaves spinach
  • 6 ea stalks of celery
  • 1-2 ea green or red apples

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to the blender or juicer in the order they are presented.
  • Blend each ingredient before adding the next.
